Connect Shopify with the FlowFy app to automate your workflows effortlessly. Connect Shopify with Flowfy App as a Trigger

First, log in to your Shopify account. On the left-hand menu, navigate to Apps and click on Flowfy – Workflow Automations.

In the Flowfy dashboard, click on “Create Integration” to set up a new integration.

In this section, you will find all the available triggers in Flowfy. Select Shopify as your trigger to begin the integration process.

From the dropdown menu, select the task you want to connect with Flowfy. For example, choose “Order Create” to trigger actions whenever a new order is placed in your Shopify store.

  • orders/create: Triggered when a new order is created.
  • orders/cancelled: Triggered when an order is canceled.
  • orders/fulfilled: Triggered when an order is marked as fulfilled.
  • orders/updated: Triggered when an order is updated.
  • orders/paid: Triggered when an order is marked as paid.
  • orders/partially_fulfilled: Triggered when an order is partially fulfilled.
  • customers/create: Triggered when a new customer is created in the Shopify store.
  • customers/disable: Triggered when a customer is disabled in the Shopify store.
  • customers/enable: Triggered when a previously disabled customer is re-enabled in the Shopify store
  • customers/update: Triggered when there are updates or changes to a customer’s profile.
  • products/create: Triggered when a new product is added to the Shopify store.
  • products/update: Triggered when an existing product in the Shopify store is updated.

Now, click the “Next Step” button on the upper right side and choose the desired action where you want to send your data.

After completing these steps, the Actions list will appear. Select the action you want to integrate with your chosen trigger. Next, you will need to authorize the action. To learn more about the authorization process, go to Actions from the left-side menu and select the action you want to integrate with your trigger.
