Learn how to connect Shopify Webhooks using the FlowFy app to automate workflows and optimize your business processes. Transfer data between platforms, trigger specific events, and integrate tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Google Sheets. With FlowFy, you can streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency by connecting your Shopify store with essential third-party applications.

Connect Webhooks with Flowfy App as a Trigger

First, log in to your Shopify account. On the left-hand menu, navigate to Apps and click on Flowfy – Workflow Automations.

In the Flowfy dashboard, click on “Create Integration” to set up a new integration.

In this section, you will find all the available triggers in Flowfy. Select Webhooks as your trigger to begin the integration process.

Flowfy will automatically generate a Webhook URL for you. Copy the generated URL, then click on the Fetch button to proceed.

Paste the Webhook URL into the app you want to receive data from. The configuration for this step will vary depending on the app, as each tool has its own interface for setting up webhooks. For instance, in Bit Form, you can integrate the webhook as shown in the example below.

Paste your Webhook URL into the Link field and set the method to POST. Then, click the Test Webhook button to send a test response.

Now, return to your Flowfy page, and you will see that your data has been successfully fetched. To view the fetched data, click on “View Response.”

Now, click the “Set Action” button on the upper right side and choose the desired action where you want to send your data.

After completing these steps, the Actions list will appear. Select the action you want to integrate with your chosen trigger. Next, you will need to authorize the action. To learn more about the authorization process, go to Actions from the left-side menu and select the action you want to integrate with your trigger.
