Flowfy is a Shopify app designed to automate and integrate your Shopify store with ActiveCampaign, enhancing lead generation and customer management. It saves time and effort by connecting your Shopify store with ActiveCampaign and automating essential workflows.

Authorization of ActiveCampaign to Shopify using Flowfy App

To integrate ActiveCampaign with Flowfy, open your Flowfy dashboard and click on the “Create Integration” button. This will take you to the Trigger page, where you can select a trigger from the list. After choosing your trigger, proceed to the next step, and you’ll be directed to the Action page. On this page, search for and select “ActiveCampaign” from the available actions.

To set up ActiveCampaign integration with Flowfy in Shopify, you’ll need your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key. Here’s how to retrieve them:

  • Click on “Continue with API Key”.
  • Open a new tab and log in to your ActiveCampaign dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Settings gear icon located in the bottom-left corner.
  • Select the Developer tab.
  • Find your API URL and API Key under the API Access section.
  • Copy the API URL and API Key.
  • Paste them into the API Key and API URL fields within the integration settings of the third-party application you want to connect to ActiveCampaign.

Select Action Module: For the Select Action Module step, choose your desired list. Ensure you have created the list beforehand, as it is required to proceed with this integration.

In the ActiveCampaign integration settings, you’ll find a “Map Fields” option. This allows you to map trigger fields with action fields. The “Email” field is default and mandatory in ActiveCampaign, so it must be mapped correctly. You can also map additional fields as needed.

  • Email
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Phone

Update existing audience in ActiveCampaign?: Enable the “Update existing audience in ActiveCampaign?” action to update previously submitted data. For example, if a user resubmits information using an existing email address, this action ensures the new data replaces the old record linked to that email.

Conditional Logics

This feature lets you set conditions for the integration. Data will only be sent to ActiveCampaign when those conditions are met. For more details, check our documentation on conditional logic. Once you’ve set up your conditions, click Next to proceed.

First, click on “Condition,” then enable the option “Would you like to set a condition to trigger the action?” Next, define your custom condition.

ActiveCampaign Integration Save

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save Changes button to save the integration.

You can view all the integrations you’ve created. To do this, click on “Integrations” under Flowfy in the left-hand menu.

Integration Log

To view the integration log, click on “Activity” under Flowfy in the left-hand menu. Here, you can filter the logs by All LogsSuccess LogsMissing Logs, and Failed Logs.
